Do you ship internationally? How much is the shipping?

How long will it take to receive my order?
Littles Need typically delivers orders within 7-18 business days, with the majority of deliveries taking place within 10-14 business days. Please note that on rare occasions, delays in the customs clearance process may occur and these are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
How long does my order processing take?
Generally your order will be processed within 2-4 business days
What if it doesn't fit? Do I have to pay for shipping to return it?
Littles Need offers the following options for returns: 1- In the event of a damaged package or an incorrect item being received, we will cover the cost of return shipping. 2- If the product is not functioning as described, we will also assume the cost of return shipping. 3- If the customer decides to return the item due to a preference for a different color, they will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?

Can I return or exchange an item?
Littles Need allows for the return of items within 14 days of receipt, provided that they are in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, complete with all tags and labels attached, and contained within their original packaging. Regrettably, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, kindly send an email to littlesneedstore@gmail.com using the email address associated with your original order. Our team will promptly provide you with the necessary information, including the return address. Upon receipt of the returned items, a refund will be processed for the item price, excluding the original shipping cost. Please note that littlesneed.com cannot be held responsible for any items lost during the return process. For your protection, we highly recommend using a registered postal service and retaining the tracking details for your records.
My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via the contact us page at littlesneed.com with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached.
How long does it take to return an item?
This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.
What are the conditions for accepting my return?
We accept returns in the following circumstances: 1. You received the wrong color. 2. The package has arrived damaged. 3. The product does not function as described.
